When starting a new large project, CEDRAT Group often performs a feasibility study in order to anticipate difficulties. That can include bibliography, computation, technology investigation… In some cases the specifications analysis may be a compliance matrix that includes a test plan with the risks associated.

More generally, at the beginning of a project, a technological trade off is performed to prioritise the solutions and explore several concepts.
